On Thursday, March 10,  at the Ilsley Public Library in Middlebury, Otter Creek Audubon held our third Cabin Fever Lecture series presentation of the winter. Audubon Vermont conservation biologist, Steve Hagenbuch, gave a presentation on the Bird Friendly Maple Project, in which he spoke about the management practices, ecological and financial benefits of maintaining a bird friendly sugar bush. If you missed this presentation you can view it online here thanks to the production facilities of Middlebury Community Television.

This was the last of our Cabin Fever lectures for this year, but will be back again next year with another three presentations to help you get through the winter. In the meantime, if you would like to see more, many of our past presentations can be viewed at this link.
